Skyline Mental Health Services focuses on helping people work towards being independent and healthy over their lifetime with personalized treatment plans. We assist individuals in handling their immediate mental health issues, creating a plan to prevent future crises, learning how to cope better, and spotting signs of trouble earlier. A key part of our service is making a plan for leaving the program, which includes finding other services that match the individual’s stage in their recovery. Our team closely monitors each client to ensure they receive the best possible care and to adjust treatments as necessary.
Skyline Mental Health Services utilizes a team approach consisting of a Psychiatric provider, nurses, mental health professionals, and practitioners. Skyline Mental Health Services is staffed 24 hours a day 7 days a week.
